Chromebook Admin Console Updates: Re-use licenses, force wifi auto-connect and more

They're coming out with tons of new features so fast, I can't even keep up to take a look at them! I'd rather it be that way than us waiting though!

The Admin console has been updated with the following changes to user and device settings:

• Device licenses can now be revoked via deprovisioning and reassigned to a different device of the same model.
• A new option to enable the application of policies to Chrome on Android and iOS (experimental). For example, once this is enabled, a policy to set bookmarks will apply to Chrome OS, Chrome on desktop, and Chrome on mobile. 
• A new option to only allow policy-enforced networks to auto-connect.
• A new option to control the use of data compression proxy.
