Issues with YouTube videos getting blocked (Safety Mode) #GAFE

This has been happening for awhile to our teachers and students. We have not gotten a straight answer and it's kind of confusing but +Stephen Gale lays it out as well as I have seen so far.

Problem: Some videos are getting blocked (flagged) for inappropriate content but they are not inappropriate. We think it's because of Safety Mode and students can't even turn it off (if they don't have accounts - younger ages). We can't turn Safety Mode off completely because it is now bundled with Safe Search - which we want on. This is the problem.

Sort of solution: Make sure your teachers are categorizing their videos as education (they can set this as a default in their settings as well).
